Recently at the Hong Kong MegaShow Part 1 (Kenfair2009 Oct 20-23), we sucessfully spotted an infringer Shenzhen BoruiElectronic co., ltd., who offered sales of a product which had infringed our design patent and copyright of model UH-0398 LCD clockholder USB hub. HK designreg. no. HKRD 0900634.3M002 PRC design app. no. ZL 200930188383.X We had successfully complained to the exhibitor office and execute todestroy the infringer's catalogue in question on site.
